These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of amrevsoftware.com and related downloads, purchases, documentation, and support services provided by Amrev Technologies LLP ("Amrev," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the website or purchase software for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or services.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, downloading, and receiving support for Amrev products. You must not:
Trial versions are provided so you can evaluate applicable scan, preview, or other available functions before purchase. Trial limitations vary by product and are described on the relevant product or download page.
Recovery and repair results depend on factors such as overwriting, corruption, physical damage, storage condition, and available source data. We do not guarantee that every file, email, image, or other item can be recovered or repaired. Always review product requirements and trial results before purchasing.
Prices, license periods, included features, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments and order processing are handled by FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your checkout may also be subject to FastSpring's terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. An order may be refused, cancelled, or reviewed if payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected, or the transaction violates applicable law. License delivery is normally made electronically to the email address supplied at checkout.
Purchase grants a license to use the applicable software; it does not transfer ownership. Installation, activation, permitted devices, license duration, restrictions, updates, and termination are governed by the applicable End User License Agreement and the license details presented at purchase.
You are responsible for protecting license keys and order information. License keys may not be shared, resold, published, or used beyond the purchased plan.
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. The availability of a trial does not itself guarantee recovery results, and the 30-day guarantee is conditional on the requirements and exclusions stated in that policy.
Support may be provided by email or through website forms. You agree to provide information reasonably needed to verify an order and diagnose an issue. Do not send unrelated confidential information or files containing sensitive personal data.
We may send transactional messages concerning orders, license delivery, activation, security, refunds, or support. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The website, software, documentation, logos, graphics, text, design, and other Amrev materials are owned by or licensed to Amrev Technologies LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms when our website, products, or legal obligations change. Revised Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
