Terms for installing, activating, and using Amrev Data Recovery Software.
This End User License Agreement applies to Amrev Data Recovery Software for Windows. Please read it carefully before installing, activating, copying, or using the software.

Amrev Data Recovery Software, including its executable files, user interface, documentation, graphics, design, and related materials, is owned by Amrev Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.
By installing, copying, activating, or using Amrev Data Recovery Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install, activate, copy, or use the Software. You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable license fees, Amrev Technologies LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Amrev Data Recovery Software on the number of Windows PCs permitted by your purchased license plan.
Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, each license is valid for one Windows PC. Multi-user or business licenses may permit use on additional PCs only as stated in the purchase documents issued by Amrev Technologies LLP.
30-Day License: permits use on 1 Windows PC for 30 days. It includes scan and preview, saving recovered files, unlimited recovery during the 30-day license period, free updates during the license period, and 30 days of support.
1-Year License: permits use on 1 Windows PC for 1 year. It includes unlimited recovery during the license period, free updates for 1 year, free support for 1 year, and 1 license reset subject to verification by Amrev Technologies LLP.
Lifetime License: permits permanent use of the purchased version on 1 Windows PC. It includes 3 license resets subject to verification by Amrev Technologies LLP, all updates for 1 year, and after 1 year, free updates within the same major version. Major version upgrades may require a separate paid upgrade. Support is included for 1 year unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
The Software may require activation using a license key. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. You may not share, publish, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license key except as expressly permitted by Amrev Technologies LLP.
License resets are intended for legitimate reinstall, hardware change, or transfer situations. Amrev Technologies LLP may refuse a reset request if it appears to involve misuse, sharing, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, license notices, or other proprietary markings from the Software. You may not use the Software for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates the rights of any person or organization.
Amrev Data Recovery Software is designed to scan, preview, and recover files where recovery is technically possible. Amrev Technologies LLP does not guarantee that all deleted, lost, formatted, corrupted, or inaccessible data can be recovered.
Recovery results depend on several factors, including the condition of the storage device, file system damage, physical damage, data overwriting, malware activity, formatting, encryption, and continued use of the affected device.
To improve recovery chances, you should avoid saving new files, installing software, or writing data to the drive or storage device from which you want to recover files. You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data.
Refund requests are handled according to the Amrev Technologies LLP refund policy published on this website or provided at the time of purchase. A refund is not guaranteed merely because some or all data could not be recovered, especially where the data was overwritten, the device was physically damaged, or the recovery result was limited by technical conditions outside the control of the Software.
Before purchasing, you are encouraged to use the trial version to scan and preview recoverable files where available.
The Software is intended to run on your Windows PC and scan storage devices selected by you. Amrev Technologies LLP does not claim ownership of your files or recovered data.
If you contact support, submit feedback, or provide diagnostic information, you agree that Amrev Technologies LLP may use that information to provide support, improve the Software, verify license status, and respond to your request.
The Software, documentation, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amrev Technologies LLP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.
You assume the entire risk arising from installation and use of the Software, including the risk that data may not be recoverable or that recovered files may be incomplete, corrupted, or unusable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amrev Technologies LLP, its employees, contractors, agents, distributors, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of opportunity, device failure, or other financial loss arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Amrev Technologies LLP under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software license giving rise to the claim or replacement of the Software, at the discretion of Amrev Technologies LLP.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete or destroy all copies in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
By installing, activating, copying, or using Amrev Data Recovery Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or verbal agreement between you and Amrev Technologies LLP concerning the Software.
