Before using the software, read this License Agreement carefully. By installing, activating, copying, or using the software in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not install or use the software. You should discontinue use and delete or destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
The terms and conditions of this license describe the permitted use of each licensed copy of an Amrev Technologies LLP product. If you have a valid single-user license, you may use one licensed copy of the software. If you or your organization has a valid multi-user license, you may use up to the number of licensed copies indicated in the purchase documents issued by Amrev Technologies LLP.
Amrev Technologies LLP provides the software, data, and other distributed material on an as-is basis and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The user assumes the entire risk of using the software. Amrev Technologies LLP is not responsible for the quality, completeness, or result of recovered data.
This disclaimer of warranty is an essential part of this license. In no event shall Amrev Technologies LLP, its employees, contractors, agents, distributors, or suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, property damage, personal injury, or other pecuniary loss arising from the use of or inability to use the software, even if Amrev Technologies LLP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, the entire liability of Amrev Technologies LLP under any provision of this EULA shall be limited exclusively to product replacement.
By using the software, the licensee acknowledges that they have read this EULA and agree to its terms and conditions. This EULA supersedes any prior agreement, written or verbal, between the licensee and Amrev Technologies LLP concerning the software.
