Overview

Amrev Thunderbird Email Recovery Software helps recover deleted, damaged, or inaccessible Mozilla Thunderbird email messages from profile folders and storage drives.

The software lets you scan Thunderbird data, preview recovered emails, and save recovered messages as EML files after activation.

Recover from Profile Use this when Thunderbird is installed and its profile folders are available on the computer.
Recover from Drive Use this when Thunderbird data was deleted, lost, or needs to be found from a selected drive.
Preview and Save Check recovered email content first, then activate the software to save recovered EML files.

System Requirements

Important Install the software on a fixed drive, not on the source drive or removable media that contains the lost email data.
  • Microsoft Windows 11, 10, 8, or 7.
  • Minimum 512 MB RAM.
  • 250 MB free disk space for installation.
  • Mozilla Thunderbird profile folders or the storage drive that contains the lost mail data.

Recover Emails from a Thunderbird Profile

Select the Thunderbird Profile

Launch Amrev Thunderbird Email Recovery and choose the Thunderbird profile from the Scan Profile tab.

Select the available Thunderbird profile to begin recovery.

Choose Items to Scan

Select the required profile items and click Scan Emails.

Choose the folders or items you want to scan from the profile.

Preview Recovered Emails

After scanning, recovered items appear in separate tabs. Click an email to preview its content and attachments.

Save the Recovered Emails

Click Save to export the recovered emails after activating the full version.

Recover Lost Thunderbird Emails from a Drive

Select the Drive

Open the Scan Disk tab, select the drive that contains the lost Thunderbird emails, and click Scan Emails.

Select the drive where Thunderbird data was stored.

Review Recovered Emails

When the scan completes, preview recovered email content before saving.

Save the Results

Click Save to store recovered emails as EML files after full-version activation.

Activate or Reactivate the Software

The trial version lets you scan and preview recoverable emails. Activate the full version to save recovered messages.

Open Activation

Launch the software and click Activate.

Click Activate from the software window.

Enter License Details

Enter your license key and click Get Info. Then enter your email address and password to activate the software.

Use your license key, email address, and password to activate.

Reactivate When Needed

For reactivation, enter the license key, click Get Info, then enter the old password and a new password.

Use the reactivation screen when moving or restoring an existing license.
