Scan folders and drives, review duplicate or similar photos, and safely delete or move extra images to clean up storage.
Amrev Duplicate Photo Finder helps find duplicate and visually similar photos across your computer and connected storage devices. It is useful for cleaning backup folders, camera imports, screenshots, edited copies, and repeated transfers.
Select the folder or drive where you want to find duplicate and similar photos.
Launch Amrev Duplicate Photo Finder, click Start a new scan, and select the folder or drive you want to scan.
The software analyzes images in the selected location. You can track progress on the top bar. When the scan is finished, the number of duplicate and similar photos found is displayed.
Detected photos are shown in groups so you can compare them before cleanup. Similar photos and exact duplicates are separated for easier review.
Review each group, preview photos, and decide which versions you want to keep. Use Show Duplicates Only to hide non-duplicates, or adjust the Similarity Sensitivity slider for similar photo matching.
Use the checkbox on each photo to select images you want to remove or move. You can also use toolbar actions to select or clear photos faster.
After selecting photos, click the Delete / Move button. Choose Delete Duplicates to remove selected photos or Move Duplicates to relocate them to another folder for backup.
Launch the software and click the Activate button.
Enter your license key and click Next. Then enter your email ID and password and click Activate.
The email ID can be used to retrieve your password later. The password is used for reactivation.
For reactivation, enter your license key, click Get Info, enter the old password and a new password, then click Activate. Use the resend password option if needed.
